Structural Stair Remodel

3Rocks Engineering provided structural plans to rebuild the stairs for code compliance and ease of use.

Basement Remodel

We removed old barn wood from the walls, tied in new drywall, re-hung old doors to remove phantom swings and fix floor drags, replaced the garage door with a code compliant fire rated door, and installed a new engineered hardware floating floor.
