This was a really fun project. We converted about 1,500 sq ft of the unfinished west wing in this family home. We demoed an existing steam shower and then added two bedrooms, one full bathroom, one linen closet, one utility closet, and one family entertainment and exercise room.

We installed a three head mini-split system to condition the space, we finished the interior spaces with custom hardwood doors and trim, and we wrapped the bathroom and shower in ~450 sq ft of marble tile.

Our scope of work included demolition, framing, rough and finish plumbing, rough and finish electrical, drywall installation and finish, finish carpentry, tile installation, and plumbing and HVAC.
